Having seen the devastating effects of licence holders’ licences being suspended, downgraded or even revoked, with potential fines of up to £60,000, Sponsor Licence Consultants Ltd. is now focused on helping current and potential licence holders to understand Home Office requirements.
This is particularly important as the Home Office are currently looking to reduce the size of the sponsor licence register, and at present over 70% of Home Office compliance visits result in areas not being met.

Existing licence holders
For existing licence holders, Sponsor Licence Consultants offers a complete assessment of current systems, helping you to identify and amend any potential short comings that could impact your licence. We take you through a Home Office style interview and conduct an audit of selected staff files. Whilst we are not responsible for the final outcome, our aim is to ensure peace of mind by asking relevant questions to make certain that you have understood your responsibilities, and that you have robust systems in place that meet Home Office requirements. It’s not about what you are intending to do with your systems – it’s about what you are doing with them on the day of your interview!
Potential licence holders
For potential licence holders, our aim is to give you the best opportunity of being successful in your application by walking you through the interview process, ensuring your understanding of what is required of a licence holder, and reducing the risk of failing on a technical point. We do not assist in completing applications.
It is important to note that all our visiting officers are previously trained Home Office Compliance Officers.
